Olive wood has a uniquely attractive grain pattern. It is particularly hard and dense, and is therefore resistant to cuts and does not absorb odours.
To care for your olive wood product, just clean it with a damp cloth. Do not place it in the dishwasher or submerge in water for long periods of time. Should the surface become dry, use a little olive oil. Doing so will also bring out the wood grain.
