The characteristic design of the visor gives the helmet its's name and to it's prevalence throughout central Europe. Our version is based on a milanese helmet from circa 1390 AD.
It is made from riveted armour steel with brass ornamentation. There is a moveable and removable visor as well as comfortable leather inlay with chin strap.
