They are hand-made following archeological finds from Schleswig and Konstanz, Germany and are suitable for authentic representation of periods from 1100 to 1500 a.d.
A turnshoe was a type of footwear made of leather that was used during the Middle Ages. It was so named because it was put together inside-out, and then was turned right side out once finished.

- 4mm thick leather sole, also with vegetable tanning
